Going to sloppy joes in key west every night! I can’t believe youse folks live in the freaking land of ice and snow. I prefer bikinis, beer and bourbon.
There is no favorite time of winter
I kinda like the ending of it.
Favorite winter activity: counting days till they will get longer.
Winter,despite its sometimes artificial overtones of, e.g.,’Peace on Earth,good will to men’ remains a putative symbol of increased industrial productivity.As for me,throughout the year,I obey the law,pay my taxes,hold my relatives & friends in high esteem,& in general,mind my own business.
Ditto, except for the “relatives” (you can pick your nose, but not . . .)
One word. Spring!!!
I used to care and worry about getting to work in snow and cold. Not anymore or for a long time.
I’m retired and can sit in my front window drinking hot coffee in the morning and start “watching and laughing” at the ones who still slide around trying to get there. I just sit warm in my house and relax.
Retirement means:> Get paid and not have to go to work. That is power and no one can fire me or cancel me, ever.
Nice!! I’m right there with ya! Just watch out for Fauci types and big pharma. They are trying to kill us !! Just to save a few bucks. Dam leftist ass wipe scum slime.
