There’s an old saying: “The squeaky wheel gets the grease.” It applies to those who crave attention too like the mayor and his wife. Just wait until they realize the consequences of this fantabulous action he took. Georgia is a great place to live, except for places like this. I hope that disease finds a quick cure and is eradicated in the South, especially Georgia.

Of course I had to look this story up. At a meeting a few days before the firing everyone said all was fine, including the mayor. Then poof! Nope! You are all fired. There were 10 officers all together. The attorney for the town is ‘now looking to hire back the department and fire the mayor. All this because some officers didn’t like that Mrs. Mayor, who had been fired btw, still had access to their private info. She did payroll for the town. Neither article I read said why she was fired. According to world population review 881 people live in the town.
