WASHINGTON — Sen. John Fetterman stunned Democrats this week by issuing the harshest punishment imaginable to himself: promising to wear a suit every day if Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner can prove he did not send wildly inappropriate messages, sources have confirmed.
The challenge reportedly sent shockwaves through the Democratic Party, mostly because Fetterman had accidentally wandered into a forbidden political zone known as “basic accountability.”
“John, no,” whispered one aide.
“We don’t do standards until after Republicans are accused of something.”
Platner’s campaign immediately denied wrongdoing and promised to clear everything up through the traditional Democratic process of saying “I haven’t seen the evidence,” forming a support circle, blaming misinformation, and waiting for the media to investigate a Republican’s shoes.
Fetterman, now viewed by many voters as the party’s last adult with functioning common sense, doubled down.
“I will wear a suit every day,” he said, causing three Senate interns to faint and one hoodie to request asylum.
Democratic officials begged both men to stop discussing the issue, warning that voters might discover the party’s moral outrage system only activates when politically convenient.
As of press time, Fetterman had arrived in a tie, Platner had requested a 90-day receipt-review sabbatical, and the DNC had clarified that accountability is dangerous unless properly unionized, taxpayer-funded, and aimed at someone named Trump.

And there you have it, the Progressive Democratic Party is explained in just one article. Now lets see if the Progressive backing media will do any HONEST fact checking.
