Data from two weeks shows the best shopping time is now 10:30 a.m., after executive hours end, when crowds thin as elite shoppers clear out.

I much prefer Sam’s Club, which I’ve been a member for many years. Before I retired, my company offered discount memberships for Costco. Our Sam’s Club membership was still cheaper. I try not to patronize any place of business that has politicized their policies and that’s what Costco has done.
