In a spectacular case of political gymnastics that left chiropractors nationwide rushing to their phones, former Vice President Harris has furiously attacked President Trump for high gas prices, declaring them an absolute outrage and “a direct result of his war of choice in Iran,” sources have confirmed.
Just four years ago, when gas was skyrocketing under the Biden-Harris administration, Harris stood smiling in front of a gas station like a game show host and cheerfully announced that expensive fuel was simply “the price we pay for democracy.”
She explained, in classic Harris word-salad fashion, that sometimes you just have to suffer at the pump for friendship, values, and the vibes — basically telling Americans “sorry, suck it up, this is what winning looks like.”
Now that Trump is president and prices are high again, Harris has done a complete 180, suddenly discovering that gas should actually be cheap and that any increase is pure evil Republican meanness.
“This is unacceptable!” she cried, as if she hadn’t spent years calling high gas a beautiful patriotic sacrifice.
Democrats everywhere are nodding along, because nothing says “consistent principles” like treating $4 gas as noble and virtuous when you’re in power, but a national crisis requiring tears when the other guy is in charge.
As of press time, Harris was reportedly practicing her next viral video, trying to decide whether $4 gas is a “joyful cost of freedom” or “literally the end of civilization” depending on which party is in the White House.
Gas is still a dollar cheaper under Trump than it was under Biden, and Biden’s wasn’t because he was trying to save us from nuclear bombs reining down on us. Biden’s $5 per gallon prices were just because he was such a terrible President.

You’re delusional. Highest inflation seen in 40+ years was UNDER BIDEN. Inflation under Trump is very low in comparison. And gas is still a dollar cheaper NOW that the high when Biden was in office, Even Food prices have dropped. Remember eggs at $6.00 a dozen? Now they are under $3.00. Even the price of beef has come down because Trump allowed more imports from Argentina. The current gas prices are a blip anyway…under Biden it was his ENERGY POLICY that gave us high prices.

You stole my thunder… Yes, Numbnuts Pencilneck Newsom and his rich CARB buddies have driven refineries out of Commiefornia due to excessive regulations creating an undesireable business environment. The differential we are paying for gas and especially diesel vs the rest of the country is more than ever. And don’t tell me gas station operators aren’t taking advantage of the sensationalistic news headlines and padding their profits. Diesel here in my Los Angeles suburb is as high as $8.299/gallon.
