The NFL was thrown into emotional turmoil Thursday night after Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles used profanity during a postgame press conference, prompting progressive sports reporters to demand the league immediately replace all coaches with certified emotional support life coaches, sources have confirmed.
According to several visibly shaken journalists, Bowles’ use of “harsh language” constituted an unsafe work environment for millionaire professional athletes who were simply doing their best in a physically violent sport built entirely around accountability.
Reporters allegedly argued that yelling, criticism, and expectations were outdated relics of “toxic winning culture” and should be replaced with affirmations, soothing tones, and constant reassurance that losing builds character.
Several reporters covering today’s games reportedly arrived on sidelines armed with giant whistles and foam fingers, prepared to flag coaches immediately if they raised their voices, made eye contact too aggressively, or introduced what sources described as “negative locker room vibes.”
One proposal circulating among media activists would require coaches to begin every postgame speech with a group hug, followed by an apology for society’s unrealistic expectations that players execute basic plays.
Another suggested awarding participation Lombardis to teams that demonstrate “emotional growth” regardless of record.
Critics of Bowles reportedly insisted that professional football players should never be made to feel bad about performance, noting they are already burdened by the emotional toll of being paid millions of dollars to win games.
As of press time, league officials were reportedly considering issuing trigger warnings before press conferences and offering locker room therapy puppies to help players recover from accountability.

While I know this is sarcasm, it rings of truth in many ways.
Every body thinks they know better. Professional sports have been ruined, mush of it by the greedy players themselves, who think they are gods. They aren’t, and anyone who thinks they are isn’t right in the head. It is a game, and they should do there best for the sake of the game and the people that support them. Not try and interject their feelings or politics into the game. I have stopped watching professional sports when players stopped standing for the flag. They can all go straight to hell, this is MY country, And I support it 100%, I served in the navy, I volunteered to serve in the Middle East, I pay my taxes and I will be dammed if I support people that do not respect my flag and country ! VOTE FOR TRUMP !
