Ronnie Winter, frontman of The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, banned Trump supporters from his band’s shows before an empty stadium Saturday, sources have confirmed.
In a fiery Instagram rant, Winter declared, “Trump voters, stay away—shame on you!” sparking X backlash from right-wing fans who called it “woke virtue signaling.”
MAGA memes mocked the “ghost town” venue, joking, “Banned fans didn’t miss much!”
Critics on X tied Winter’s stunt to “has-been desperation,” noting the band’s last hit was 2006’s “Face Down.”
GOP voices slammed the ban as “anti-American,” while liberals praised Winter’s “moral stand.”
The band’s ticket sales, already limp, reportedly flatlined, with one X user quipping, “Ronnie’s banning his only audience!”
Winter insisted he’s “following Jesus,” but the empty seats told another story.
As of press time, Winter was offering free tickets to “non-MAGA” seagulls circling the deserted arena.
