In a revelation that has shocked absolutely no one, the co-hosts of “The View” are reportedly baffled by what the average American thinks, sources have confirmed.
The admission came during a recent episode in which the panelists seemed perplexed by polling data suggesting that their opinions might not, in fact, reflect those of the general populace.
“We’re just so in tune with the real issues like… Hollywood diets and political drama,” one host remarked, scrolling through a teleprompter script that seemed more suited to a daytime soap opera than a morning talk show. Another chimed in, “I thought everyone agreed with us. Are there other opinions?”
The segment, which quickly went viral, featured the hosts attempting to ‘connect’ with everyday Americans by guessing the price of groceries and the average rent, only to be astounded by the actual figures. “Milk costs what now?” gasped one host, nearly spilling her designer coffee.
Critics have long accused the show of being out of touch, but fans insist that it’s this very cluelessness that adds to its charm.
As of press time, “The View” producers were considering adding a new segment: “Real People, Real Prices,” where co-hosts will guess the cost of living in America while blindfolded.
Kill the show. It is way out of touch with the people. This show should be canceled immediately.

Barbara Walter’s must be spinning in her grave. What began as a light-hearted daytime show that touched on many everyday events has devolved into a political hate-filled diatribe dedicated to humiliating Republicans in general and so-called MAGA Trump advocates in particular.
This show is so divisive that it should either return to it’s original purpose or removed from network TV altogether.

There doesn’t seem to be an interest in the truth or how the subject affects the average person. Any opinion that doesn’t line up with them are subjected to ridiculed and anger. Things are one sided. How many conservative co-host on the show have left because of being mistreated. You can have a discussion without including false information and hate.

The idea of having a show, “Real People,Real Prices,” reminds me of the “Price is Right.” We don’t need a repeat. How about a show, “ Average Joe and Their opinion.”

The View is worse for America than Breitbart ever was. I don’t watch it start to finish, but it’s hard to avoid segments on YouTube. What I’ve seen is so inaccurate and so divisive that it’s tantamount to advocating civil war. These are truly stupid, uninformed shoot-from-the-hip people whose goal is the elimination of patriotism in their own country. My rule of thumb is that once you hear a talking head user the hackneyed phrase, “our democracy,” turn it off. It’s their tell for being valid ideologues who should be shunned by open-minded people who don’t promise that they’ll “leave the United States” if their favored candidate doesn’t win the election
