Vice President JD Vance’s anti-fraud task force reported a major breakthrough this week after uncovering what investigators initially believed to be a complex healthcare fraud network in California, but later realized was simply filed under the state’s official category of “normal operations,” sources have confirmed
According to investigators, the scheme involved millions in fraudulent Medicare billing, though insiders say the more shocking discovery was how little effort was required to get paid.
“At one point we thought this was a sophisticated operation,” one agent said.
“Then we realized nobody was even hiding it.”
Sources allege that California officials, including those in Governor Gavin Newsom’s orbit, may have been aware of irregularities but adopted what aides described as a “see nothing, say nothing, cash everything” approach to oversight.
One staffer was reportedly overheard explaining, “As long as no one knows we know, then they don’t know that we know… and technically that means everything’s fine.”

As of press time, Newsom officials were reportedly proposing lighter sentences for fraud suspects, citing their “entrepreneurial spirit.”
Why aren’t the very top leaders like Newsom and Bass arrested for fraud and corruption and money laundering of taxpayers money. One of my relatives that was an auditor for the Department of the Interior and Department of Agriculture fire service that protects National Parks and National forests after the Camp fire in California. The Feds pay the for fighting fires in National Parks and National Forests, but individual states pay for State Forests and private state land.
California (Cal Fire) purchased a crap load of ATVs, SUVs, computers and big screen TVs to “fight the fire” and tried to pass off the millions of dollars of expenses to the Feds. Didn’t happen.
We were fishing up in Ontario last summer when forest fires were about 10 miles away. 4 Ontario fire fighters installed a sprinkler system to protect all of the buildings (including the outhouse) and cut down all of the immediate brush around the buildings in less than 4 hours with and secured 2 other camps on the lake we were on.
