WASHINGTON — Hillary Clinton returned from the political mist machine this week to inform America that Joe Biden’s 2024 reelection bid was a “terrible mistake,” shocking Democrats who had just finished pretending she never enthusiastically supported it, sources have confirmed.
Clinton, who spent the campaign season smiling, fundraising, endorsing, and helping drag Biden’s campaign Weekend At Bernie’s wagon across the finish line, now says everyone should have known it was a disaster.
“I was deeply concerned,” Clinton said, despite appearing publicly concerned only that cameras might stop pointing at her.
Democratic insiders say Hillary’s sudden honesty has raised questions about whether she is fading into oblivion, workshopping a party switch, or simply testing whether America still hears a faint cackle when she clears her throat on television.
“This is not hypocrisy,” said one Clinton aide.
“This is retroactive courage. Secretary Clinton has always believed the thing she currently believes, especially after polling confirms it.”
Sources say Hillary is now trying several new relevance strategies, including criticizing Democrats, praising herself, blaming Russia again, and casually leaving copies of What Happened: Again? in airport bookstores.
The DNC reportedly begged her to stop talking, warning that if she keeps telling the truth by accident, voters may start asking who else knew Biden was cooked.
As of press time, Clinton had clarified that Biden running was a terrible mistake, but not nearly as terrible as America refusing to make her president after she asked twice.

We have one living Republican past President (Bush,) who has decided that his time in the spotlight has come and gone and chooses to remain a quiet private citizen. Then we have three living Democrat past Presidents and their spouses who can’t let go of the spotlight, and can’t keep their mouths shut. Except for the Messiah Obama’s fawning disciples, most people really don’t care anymore what the Clintons, the Obamas, and the Bidens think about anything. They could all do the nation a big favor by just spending their lavish pensions in obscurity.
