Charles Barkley converted Chris Cuomo’s interview desk into a basketball hoop Tuesday and dunked a progressive policy binder through it, sources have confirmed.
“Man, this is a sports venue, not your local coffee shop protest,” Barkley said, rejecting a demand to redistribute his points to activists who’d never left the bench.
Cuomo explained that some fans felt excluded by winning.
“Then buy a ticket to watch the Wizards,” Barkley replied.
Things deteriorated when activists demanded free courtside seats, funded by taxing anyone tall enough to see over them.
Their spokesperson called basketball oppressive because billionaires owned teams and nobody had asked the ball where it identified.
Barkley handed him one.
The spokesperson requested seventeen facilitators, a land acknowledgment, and student loan forgiveness before attempting a layup.
“Y’all missed an open basket and filed a complaint against gravity,” Barkley said.
Cuomo called for dialogue.
Barkley called for a shot clock.
Under the new rules, anyone beginning a sentence with “We need to unpack” had twenty-four seconds to make a point before the mascot’s T-shirt cannon fired them directly into a mandatory workplace training seminar.
Attendance surged when Barkley declared flopping an insufficient qualification for public office.
As of press time, activists had lowered the hoop to ground level, missed again, and demanded Congress investigate the basketball’s ties to the Trump administration.
