NEW YORK — Clinton and Obama-era Democratic heavyweights reportedly joined Republicans this week in criticizing Zohran Mamdani, creating panic inside the DSA after members realized “everyone who understands government” had accidentally formed a bipartisan coalition against their fantasy budget, sources have confirmed.
The warning came after Mamdani’s latest proposals on taxes, Israel, and socialism caused veteran Democrats to briefly remember that elections are supposed to be won by adults who know numbers exist.
“This is deeply troubling,” said one DSA organizer.
“We expected Republicans to call us unrealistic. We did not expect Democrats old enough to remember payroll, foreign policy, and consequences to start using complete sentences against us.”
Sources say party elders grew concerned after Mamdani explained his economic plan using a whiteboard, three protest chants, and a drawing of a landlord being replaced by a smiling government vending machine.
When asked how the city would pay for everything, Mamdani allegedly replied, “The rich,” then looked confused when aides explained the rich own luggage, accountants, and the ability to leave.
DSA members accused critics of betrayal, insisting their movement is not antisemitic, unrealistic, or economically illiterate, but merely “morally advanced beyond facts.”
Republicans watched the infighting with popcorn while moderate Democrats quietly whispered, “Maybe President Trump wasn’t the reason for all our problems.”
As of press time, Mamdani had reassured supporters his plan was fully funded by vibes, resentment, and one emergency tax on anyone still dumb enough to keep a business in New York.

NY people are not the smartest voters, remember your vote has a lot of consequences for everyone else. But then again, there is a sucker born every NY minute . I am going to enjoy the people tearing each other apart. Kids, take notes you lazy ass, get off of it and EARN IT!
“The rich own luggage, accountants and the ability to leave.”
“Maybe President Trump wasn’t the reason for all our problems.”
And there you have it !
Parents created this welfare/dependent trap. It’s time to trust your adult child to create a life, independent of your purse strings.
Nailed it again!
Rather ironic that socialism cannot survive without the money and ideas they want to steal from capitalism.
Socialism is a kind word for communism. Stop sugar coating and call it as it is.
