NEW YORK — A former JPMorgan DEI executive fired after allegedly stealing a New York Knicks-themed trash can insisted this week that the incident was merely an effort to redistribute community resources more equitably, sources have confirmed.
The woman, whose video went viral after the Knicks’ championship celebration, reportedly rejected accusations of theft and instead described the operation as “sanitation justice.”
“This wasn’t stealing,” she explained.
“The trash can simply identified as being in a more privileged neighborhood. I helped it reach its full potential elsewhere.”
Witnesses say she carefully dumped the contents onto the sidewalk before carrying away the orange-and-blue can like a victorious hunter returning with fresh game.
Former coworkers say the explanation sounded remarkably similar to several diversity seminars they attended over the years.
“Honestly, I thought this was another training exercise,” admitted one employee.
“We spent three years being told resources should be redistributed. Nobody specifically mentioned garbage cans.”
Activists quickly defended the woman, arguing ownership itself is a problematic concept rooted in unequal access to municipal waste containers.
Meanwhile, New York sanitation officials reportedly struggled to explain that while recycling is encouraged, entire trash cans are generally expected to remain where taxpayers left them.
As of press time, activists had demanded replacement Knicks trash cans for underserved communities experiencing container inequality.

Saw her photo by seeing her size, she probably need s a basket that large for her daily intake .
Thats for sure.
I pray they nail her DEI/woke ass to the floor!!
Perhaps someone will decide her car is a “Transportation Resource” that needs to be re-distributed.
