Spielberg Announces New Film “Escape From California” — Based On A True Tax Bracket

Hollywood director Steven Spielberg confirmed his next project will be a micro-documentary chronicling his personal attempt to outrun California’s tax code, sources have confirmed.

Unlike his previous films featuring dinosaurs and aliens, insiders say this is his most unrealistic premise yet — successfully leaving the state with money still in his wallet.

The film reportedly follows Spielberg packing belongings while lawyers sprint behind him carrying increasingly retroactive tax bills printed in real time.

Governor Gavin Newsom praised the project as proof his plan is working.

“The more wealthy residents leave, the fewer people Californians have to compare their paychecks to,” he explained while unveiling a chart labeled Prosperity Through Absence.

State officials clarified the wealth tax applies to anyone who currently lives in California, previously lived in California, vacationed in California, or emotionally identifies with sunshine.

Residents were reassured they may relocate freely but will continue contributing financially under the state’s new “lifelong appreciation subscription.”

The director confirmed the movie’s final act involves crossing the border while accountants provide covering fire.

Early reviews call it Spielberg’s first horror film based entirely on paperwork.

As of press time California announced a surcharge on audiences who watch the film from Nevada.

Gavin has cooked the goose (rich geese) that laid the golden eggs… Now he can choke on it.

“. . . choke on it.” Sorry but in California taxing authorities that’s called respiratory adjustment innovation (RAI). They say it’s a good idea and a testament to suprrb Democratic governance, but it will be necessary to tax it at a rate equal to the RA innovator’s net worth less funeral expenses.

Considering they want the tax to be retroactive, those who are leaving this year are still supposed to pay.

California tried this crap 50 years ago and was shot down by the courts.
There were companies that were incorporated in other states, who had employees who resided in other states. The companies had offices in California which the employees sometimes worked out of. Due to the nature of their work they traveled extensively. California claimed that they earned their income in California so California should tax them. The court ruled that they earned their income in all the states they traveled through so if California’s view was accepted, every state they earned in would be able to tax their pay check. The court said bullshit California, The state were they reside has the right to tax them and only the state were they reside !

So how does he think that he will be able to keep taxing you when you leave the commie state of Cuntfornia? How does he think that he will get them to pay after uo have left. I see this as unconstitutional and it will go to the SCOTUS courts. He will lose.

I see this as unconstitutional and it will go to the SCOTUS courts. He will lose. He has no authority to do so. This will never happen. As for Spielberg moving to NYShitty, commie Mummydammie is going to tax you right out of that shitty city.
