Virginia officials moved quickly this week to reassure the public that the commonwealth remains very much “for lovers,” even as Governor Abigail Spanberger’s approval rating reportedly collapsed so fast it briefly qualified as a historical reenactment of buyer’s remorse, Sources have confirmed
Just 80 days into office, Spanberger has already accomplished what political experts once believed impossible:
Skipping the honeymoon phase entirely and moving straight into the part of the relationship where voters sit quietly at dinner wondering how this got so weird so fast.
After campaigning as a moderate, sources say she governed like someone who found an old progressive wish list in a desk drawer and decided to speedrun all of it before anyone could read the fine print.
Pollsters described the governor’s current standing as “nearly upside down,” while Virginia residents reportedly described it more bluntly as “that was fast.”
Democratic consultants have since urged Spanberger to rebrand the approval slump as “a courageous act of listening,” while quietly workshopping new slogans such as Virginia Is For Lower Expectations and Please Give It A Minute.
Republicans noted that previous governors generally spent their first 80 days building support, not detonating it.
“Usually voters need at least a year to regret a Democrat this much,” one analyst said.
As of press time, state officials were reportedly updating the tourism slogan to read: Virginia Is For Lovers… Just Not Of This Administration.
Spanberger has run previously and lost and finally voted in. She’s leans to the let’s agenda and is a follower to get the left support to one day run for president. Virginia will continue to take negative hits while she’s in. Such a beautiful, rich state, now in ugly, weak hands.

The innate hypocrisy of the Democratic Party is on full display in Virginia regarding the Congressional District Constitution Amendment currently on the ballot. The Democrat majority and Governor want to upend the representative 6-5 Dem/GOP Congressional split into a gerrymandered 10-1 Democrat advantage. They’re hiding behind a falsehood that it’s temporary, and a response to Texas gerrymandering. Their trump card is that “voters will decide,” when they know full well they have a majority of Democrat voters in the state. They even have the gall to state in TV ads that what Texas did was wrong, but apparently it’s okay to do the same thing in Virginia. Spanberger is a fraud and the only silver lining to her governorship is that she’s Constitutionally limited to one term; that is until her supporters pull another fast one and propose an Amendment to allow her to run again.
Abigail Spanberger and Democrats in Richmond will have ruined the Commonwealth bare which will take DECADES to recover from. All because people REFUSE to research back ground status the likes of Spanberger. Her record clearly tells all who look the REAL ABIGAIL SPANBERGER.

Gerrymandering to one republican district when VA is pretty much half and half is not cheating is it? I mean isn’t that fair to have only one red district? Equal representation in VA is a joke.
