A strategic and beautifully placed yard sign has reportedly swung a local voter’s mind about the upcoming election.
“Wow, look at that sign, that thing looks sharp,” said Joe Rogers, who up until recently wasn’t sure how he’d be voting in his city’s mayoral race. “I was thinking I should sit this election out, but nope, I’m off the fence now. I’m voting for Warner, just like that sign says to. Unless I see a better sign on the way to vote!”
The owner of the yard sign was overjoyed at its success.
“That’s what it’s all about,” said homeowner Gary Harper. “Putting signs in your yard and actively impacting the world around you. Some have said it’s an empty gesture used to project and judge, but I think they’re wrong. I mean, it worked on that guy. He said he’s going to vote for Harper now!”
As of press time, Rogers was suddenly torn about his vote, after spotting a really funny bumper sticker for Warner’s opponent while driving.
I simply add signs to people who put signs up. It’s great fun!! I take old real estate and yard sale signs and repaint as needed. Left wing signs get “I’m a dumbass, vote for”. Right wing gets “ don’t be a dumbass, vote for” and ride around neighborhood in my golf cart with neighborhood watch signs on it
