CHICAGO — Hollywood legend Tom Hanks shocked members of the corporate press this week after turning to an eager MSNBC reporter at the Obama Foundation Grand Opening and asking, “What can I do for the 800 people watching?” sources have confirmed.
The exchange occurred as the reporter attempted to guide Hanks into the traditional celebrity ritual of Trump-bashing, climate panic, and solemn warnings that democracy has approximately 11 minutes left unless everyone votes exactly like Mark Ruffalo.
Instead, Hanks reportedly shut it down faster than a California power grid in July.
“Look, we’ve got 800 viewers out there, and some of them may have better things to do than listen to another famous person explain why America is bad from inside a private fundraiser,” Hanks said, in what insiders are calling his most shocking role since playing a man who understood common sense.

I watched the Obama Foundation Celebration on CNN and enjoyed very much. I enjoyed and thought I need to get to Chicago and see. I was happy to see so many show up for the opening. Former President Obama and Former First Lady were impressive with their speeches.
