In a late-night tweetstorm fueled by Red Bull, Democratic Senator Chris Murphy vented his concerns about democracy being “on the line,” pointing his jittery fingers at Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) efforts, sources have confirmed.
Murphy’s series of tweets explained how he sacrificed sleep, slamming energy drinks into the wee hours, because, as he puts it, “When Elon’s trying to streamline government, you know you’ve got to stay awake.”
Murphy tweeted, “If we let Musk ‘optimize’ our government, who will he fire first? The bureaucrats who make sure your trains are late?” This rhetorical question set off a cascade of retweets, memes, and snarky replies, with social media users ribbing Murphy for his dramatics and excessive caffeine consumption.
Critics on Twitter suggested that the only thing truly “on the line” was Murphy’s ability to differentiate between actual threats and just good old government efficiency. Some offered to send over decaf, while others recommended switching to chamomile tea for a less paranoid late-night beverage choice.
As of press time, Musk had responded with a tweet offering Murphy a lifetime supply of Red Bull, “for all those long nights fighting efficiency.”
They hate the thought of losing their corrupt slush fund. Like a bunch of little kids having their toys taken away from them. And this goes clear back to 1961 with unsaid. That amount combined today could probably pay the national debt off.

You are so right John. Once Trump got into office, they started hitting the panic button. Maybe we should tell them, that since they have been using our tax dollars for their own good they need to pay off the national debt.

Spend Some, if not More Time, on really looking at what you Bafoons have spent and on what you have spent it on and Look into the Mirror and say What Am I doing to the American’s Bottom Line. If you have even Half a Brain you’ll see it all BULL SHIT SPENDING to fund your lobbies and special interests groups that help put you in a position you DO NOT deserve or have ANY RIGHT being in Let Alone in Charge.
It makes me ill watching those Dems berating everyone who is trying to do good and get our country back into shape. It’s only been a few weeks, it’s going to be a bit discombobulated for a while.
