In a twist of irony that could only unfold in Washington, Federal Judge John Bates has given the green light for the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to investigate and eliminate any labor violations occurring within the Labor Department itself, sources have confirmed.
This decision comes after multiple reports surfaced alleging that the very department tasked with enforcing labor laws has been skirting around them.
“Who watches the watchmen? Apparently, DOGE does,” Judge Bates remarked during the ruling, prompting chuckles in the courtroom. The DOGE team, known for their no-nonsense approach and love for organizational charts, will now delve into the inner workings of the Labor Department, armed with spreadsheets and audit tools.

My bet is that there will piles of corruption, affirmative action loads of employees , kickbacks, congressmen being given tons of perks, 40% of the overpaid workforce doing little or nothing, expense accounts with expensive hotels and fancy steak dinners at the beach for “retreats” to learn the new software which changes yearly or more. etc., etc., New company cars every two years, gas cards, etc., etc., etc. Home computers with internet and Netflex , etc.
