Sources confirm that this week’s Mega Millions jackpot has set another record, with the total prize pool equaling four billion dollars.
“Basically, if you don’t know these insider terms, it’s a whole shitload of money,” said financial analyst James Whitmore. “A lot of people dream about the ways a million dollars could change their life. Well, just imagine what a couple of bajillion would do. You could buy any country or sports team in the world. It’s a really, really, really, large sum of money.”
In fact, the sum is so astronomical that whoever wins the upcoming jackpot is anticipated to become the world’s first-ever bajillionaire.
“Wow, that’s a lot of money,” said Jeff Bezos, former CEO of Amazon. “I bought myself a couple of million tickets hoping to get the odds in my favor. That amount of money could really change my life. I could afford to buy some of those planets I go look at when I take trips into outer space.”
As of press time, nobody won the Mega Millions drawing, causing experts to predict that the upcoming jackpot may be as high as six or seven bajillion dollars.
