Former First Lady Michelle Obama will skip Donald Trump’s inauguration to attend Knitting Fest, a celebrated gathering of knitting enthusiasts, sources have confirmed.

I am curious as to why what she does is even relevant. I noticed the misrepresentation of her role in history where the knitting group is quoted saying this: “It’s not every day that knitting gets the presidential seal of approval…”. Last time I checked, she wasn’t the President and has yet to be the President, and has no authority to give any presidential seal to anything.
