Nancy Pelosi reportedly scolded AOC after she told Republicans her “office is open” for shutdown negotiations, sources have confirmed.
Pelosi, acting more like a weary matriarch than a political leader, reminded reporters that AOC “still needs help crossing the street and has yet to finish dusting the living room.”
Pelosi allegedly grew furious when AOC attempted to hand Republicans a list of demands printed upside down, citing “copier confusion.”
Witnesses claim Pelosi muttered, “She’s not even allowed to microwave her own leftovers — now she thinks she can negotiate the federal budget?”
Republicans chuckled at the spectacle, noting that while AOC’s enthusiasm is impressive, it might be better suited for a neighborhood lemonade stand than national policy.
“When she can handle bedtime without a nightlight, then maybe we’ll talk,” one GOP staffer quipped.
As of press time, Pelosi had confiscated AOC’s phone, grounded her for the weekend, and warned Republicans that any future negotiations must be cleared through “the adults in the family.”

Pelosi is acting really nasty. I don’t care for AOC’s political actions but there’s no excuse for Pelosi acting so horribly. She’s an embarrassment to California! I think her age is affecting her judgment. I’m 82 so I am not just making fun of her age. Lol

But AOC is also nasty. Who does she think she is to try to take over negotiations? I guarantee that nothing is going to happen until the Democrats stop holding the country hostage.
