Disgraced former cable news personality Don Lemon reportedly expressed confusion this week after being arrested for participating in a church riot, insisting federal agents failed to properly applaud what he described as “brave, immersive journalism,” sources have confirmed
According to Lemon, storming a place of worship, chanting with activists, and interfering with religious services was simply “contextual reporting,” a technique he says he perfected during his years yelling at Americans from a studio desk.
“I was holding power accountable,” Lemon explained while being escorted by agents. “The church had beliefs. That’s newsworthy.”
Left-wing allies immediately rallied to Lemon’s defense, arguing that religious freedom only applies to religions approved by MSNBC panels and that Christianity becomes a public safety threat the moment it refuses to update its doctrine based on cable news talking points.
Lemon’s legal team reportedly argued that the First Amendment protects journalists who disrupt worship services, intimidate congregants, and confuse activism with journalism, citing several unnamed professors and at least one Twitter thread.
Critics noted that Lemon seemed less interested in civil rights and more offended that the FBI failed to recognize him as a celebrity upon arrest, with one witness claiming he repeatedly asked agents if they “knew who he was.”
Meanwhile, progressive commentators warned that enforcing laws equally could have a chilling effect on future riots disguised as reporting.

If people take the time to watch the video just before they entered the church, Lemon openly admitted he was part of the Intended invasion of the church, everyone needs to pay total attention to the words that Lemon actually said!
At one point his words he spoke, were! (I cannot tell you of the actions ‘WE’ are going to be doing next!) and with the word ‘WE’ being said, that’s a total admission of him being totally involved and being part of the crime, again him stating that he had spoken with the group of rioters, admitting he was well aware of what was going to happen next, has this crossed the line into a Rico charge, if he was aware that a crime was going to be happening and didn’t report these fact to the appropriate authorities, he’s more than just being a journalist, if he’s actually encouraging them on, just to get a bigger storey for his podcast, but with him including that word ‘WE’ that’s the only evidence the authorities need to charge, the word ‘WE’ means to be ‘inclusive’ or ‘together as one’, he’s screwed himself, he’s not as bright as he believes he is, in fact he’s a total Lemon! 5 years in prison minimum! 🤔🤣🤣🤣
