I don’t know if it applies to Presidential pardons, Articulate 1, section 7 refers to bills from Congress becoming law. They require the President to sign. There is no constitutional provision for “affixing” a signature, or for for facsimile, or “authorized agent” . Brace for ” brown trouser ” time, America !
Pretty much sure if Obiden didn’t sign his orders then and if someone else signed in for his proxy and he didn’t give a written statement for said proxy…I’m thinking all HELL is about to break out!
