Chaos erupted in a Capitol Hill cafeteria this week after Rep. Ilhan Omar reportedly cornered Sen. Chuck Schumer, demanding he endorse Socialist candidate Zohran Mamdani in New York’s mayoral race, sources have confirmed.
Witnesses say Omar slammed her lunch tray down, scattering kale chips and government-funded hummus, shouting, “You can’t sit with us until you back Zohran!” while AOC filmed the exchange for TikTok under the hashtag #SchumerGate.
Staffers claim Mamdani stood nearby, nodding solemnly and handing out “Free Equality Coupons — Redeemable for Other People’s Money.”
The trio, now dubbed the “Mean Girls and a Guy of Marxism,” are rumored to keep a pink notebook labeled “Our Enemies (of Emotional Labor).”
One page reportedly reads: “They expect us to actually work and meet deadlines — late-stage capitalism at its worst.”
Schumer’s name appears underlined twice beside a doodle of a crying dollar bill and a handwritten note: “Too rich to vibe.”
Meanwhile, President Trump and GOP leaders were reportedly in hours-long meetings focused on reopening the government — described by progressives as “a dangerous endorsement of effort and other outdated workplace values.”
As of press time, Schumer was last seen eating alone in the Senate cafeteria, clutching his wallet as Omar and AOC organized a candlelight vigil for “emotional wealth inequality,” complete with matching pink berets and union-approved tears.

I’m a union member of the building and trades I’m in Ironworker and I see all these H2B workers doing our work and wonder why don’t the contractors hiring them have to pay 100000 to have them. I voted conservative for years now I don’t believe my union is the problem we get rid of those who don’t have what it takes. It bothers me that union is such a dirty word especially the building and trades. If the republicans really want to make it great again they need to get the building and trades backing. And media needs to separate unions from each other.

Generally speaking, labor relations in this country are governed under the “ Railway labor act.”
This law provides a systematic process for management and labor to periodically get together and agree to the conditions under which labor will be provided to management, and compensation will be provided from management for that labor. Generally the parties exchange “Openers,” we’re each party provides the other with a list of things they would like to
have included in the new work agreement. Then both sides negotiate to see if they can find common ground that they can both live with, and sign a new contract. Sometimes their goals are similar and the process happens quickly. Sometimes not. If they can not agree, the “Railway labor act” provides methods to assist. The parties can request a neutral “mediator “
who listens to both sides arguments and assists in helping them find common ground. If this does not work, at the agreement of both parties, they can request an “arbitrator” who will decide for the parties the unresolved issues . Both parties agree to comply with they “arbitrators” ruling. If all else fails, an “ impasse” is declared, stating that both parties agree that they can NOT agree ! Generally, this begins a 30 day period of “cooling off” where both parties simply step back and take a deep breath. No one does anything for this “cooling off “period. During this time the parties can agree to negotiate more, mediate more, arbitrate, etc.
Or, they can agree to disagree, and not talk anymore. If this is the case a period of “self help”
can occur. During “self help” labor has the right to “strike !” Management has the right to “ lock out “ and replace the workers ! Most of the time when things get this heated, both parties realize that a strike or a lockout and replacement is not in anyone’s best interest. Behind the seems both parties meet and hammer out a new contract. All is forgiven on both sides, and normal work life returns !
Now, aside from all of this, there is another thing that can happen…
It’s called a “ Wild Cat Strike !”
A “ Wild Cat Strike “ occurs outside of the process of the “ Railway labor act,” and is considered
illegal and an unfair labor practice. It is considered “extortive” in nature because workers suddenly withhold their labor, putting unduly stress on the companies ability to succeed !
Labor is basically saying,” Give us your money, or we will hurt you !” This is the very definition of “Classic extortion!” It is illegal because of it is unfair and immoral at its face.
For an analogy, The Democrat Party is currently engaged in an unfair, immoral and if done in the private sector, illegal “ Wild Cat Strike !” They have suddenly withdrawn there labor from their management and said,” Give us your money or we will hurt you !”
The Democrats mistake however is this ; In their own narcissistic arrogance, they believe that they are labor and the Republicans are the management that they have withdrawn their labor from. Nothing could be farther from the truth ! In fact, the Democrats are only 50% of labor. The Republicans are the other 50%.
In fact, “ We the People,” are management ! We, us, you and me and every other hard working American citizen are the Management of this great country ! All of OUR Public servants, both Republican AND Democrat work for US ! They are withholding labor from us, that we are still paying for !

Yes, We the People are the managers. I just wish people actually researched those running for public office +from President to school board. And when one decides to stop working for The People, find qualified people to run against them (my congressman is a good example. Unfortunately, he usually runs without any other candidates against him at this point. He has such a war chest now, that it’s almost impossible to go against him)
