In what legal experts are calling “the most ambitious lawsuit of all time,” a federal judge has ruled that President Donald J. Trump had no authority to bring peace to the Middle East without first consulting the Democratic Party’s emotional well-being, sources have confirmed.
The decision comes just days after Trump’s Peace Agreement, which saw long-time regional rivals sign an agreement so successful that even CNN accidentally called it “historic” before issuing a correction and blaming autocorrect.
Democrats immediately filed a massive class-action lawsuit, accusing the President of “unauthorized tranquility,” “reckless diplomacy,” and “intentional infliction of emotional stability.”
According to the complaint, the peace deal “deprived Democrats of their right to protest something,” adding that Trump “failed to consider how global harmony might impact fundraising emails.”
In his ruling, the federal judge wrote: “While the President’s actions may have achieved peace, the lack of Democratic input renders such peace constitutionally invalid.”
The ruling marks Trump’s 3,617th lawsuit since returning to office in January 2025 — a record previously held by “California’s power grid.”
One White House aide quipped, “At this point, they’re suing him for being too effective. We’re just waiting for the lawsuit about the weather improving.”
Meanwhile, progressive groups are reportedly planning additional legal action, claiming Trump’s peace efforts violated their “constitutional right to remain outraged.”
As of press time, Democrats were drafting a new bill titled the Fair Feelings Act, requiring future peace agreements to pass emotional screenings by late-night hosts and verified Twitter activists before becoming official.

This action only shows that the Democrats only want war. Having peace is to emotional for them and their well-being. I agree with the others – sing them a lullaby and get them out of office. The do not have a sound mind to hold any office in the government for sure.
