In what might be the most on-brand moment of his presidency, Donald Trump was spotted playing golf at his luxurious Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach, all while keeping an eye on U.S. military strikes against Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen, sources have confirmed.
The former president, known for his love of multitasking and golf, managed to combine both as he watched live drone footage on a tablet propped up against his golf cart.
Trump, clad in his signature red cap and golf attire, was reportedly giving play-by-play commentary to his caddies, comparing his golf swings to missile strikes with a level of enthusiasm reserved for sports commentators. “See that? Both that drive and the drone are right on target!” he was heard exclaiming after a particularly good shot followed by news of a successful strike.
Witnesses at the course said Trump appeared to be more animated than usual, cheering on both his golf shots and the military’s precision. “It’s like watching two of my favorite reality shows at once,” Trump joked with onlookers.
As of press time, Trump had proposed installing big screens around all his golf courses to ensure he never misses another moment of international action while perfecting his putt.
