Pop star Miley Cyrus suffered a bizarre injury while filming her “Something Beautiful” music video in Hollywood, slipping on a banana peel and developing a knee infection from the “too-clean” sidewalk, sources have confirmed.
The 32-year-old singer, mid-scene on Hollywood Boulevard, took a tumble, scraping her knee on the pristine pavement, which led to a staph infection, doctors told TMZ.
