North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un threw a lavish celebration yesterday after his brand-new destroyer, the Glorious Victory, sank during its maiden launch off Wonsan, sources have confirmed.
The $500 million warship, touted as a “game-changer” for the DPRK navy, capsized 15 minutes into its voyage on May 20, 2025, due to a “catastrophic hull breach,” likely from shoddy construction, experts say.
Kim, undeterred, called the sinking a “tremendous success,” claiming it “scared the imperialists” and ordering nationwide parades.
