Los Angeles Democrats reportedly panicked this week after realizing reality TV star Spencer Pratt had somehow accumulated more real-life disaster management experience than the entire city government by personally watching his neighborhood burn while officials held press conferences about caring deeply, sources have confirmed
The crisis intensified after WWE legend Torrie Wilson endorsed Pratt, forcing City Hall aides to admit that a former reality villain backed by professional wrestling might still appear less scripted than Mayor Karen Bass reading compassion off a teleprompter.
“This is outrageous,” said Bass while frantically stapling talking points to a flaming palm tree.
“He’s exploiting the Palisades fire just because he lived through it, lost property, talked to victims, noticed failures, and refused to pretend everything was fine.”
Bass officials insisted their own concern for Angelenos was completely authentic, except for the parts reviewed by consultants, focus groups, donors, communications staff, and three people whose job is to make failure sound historic.
Insiders say the mayor’s team hoped the election would remain a dignified contest between approved Democrats, ceremonial empathy, and expensive task forces that produce binders no one opens.
Voters, however, appeared intrigued by Pratt’s radical proposal to “do things,” which experts warned could destabilize Los Angeles politics.
As of press time, City Hall was preparing to accuse Pratt of exploiting traffic after learning he had also personally sat in it.
This sounds like satire, but it probably isn’t.

Pratt is L.A.’s only hope. He lived thru it. Other canadites pretend. He is actually putting blame where it goes. SAVE YOUR CITY. DON’T TURN IT INTO ANITHER SAN FRANCISCO.

Californians will still vote for the same old, same old … Then they look around and say, “What happened?” Oh wait, they’ll blame it on President Trump and that’ll work, not accepting their own accountability for turning a beautiful state into something we no longer recognize ???

I live in the San Fransisco Bay area. Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass are THE two prime examples of complete incompetence in the California bureaucracy. Both are responsible for the Palisades fire. Mr. Newsom destroyed reservoirs specifically built for fire fighting claiming environmental priorities over public safety and Karen Bass was and still is complaisant. She knew when (Not If) a major fire were to break out in L.A. – there wouldn’t be water to fight it. She was intentionally out of the country at the time of the fire because she knew what was going to happen in Palisades and would not have take direct responsibility for managing this disaster.
Some of the most expensive property in California will now gradually be sold to developers as ‘Residents’ become disgusted with the Bureaucracy that intentionally delays building permit requests for reconstruction from victims like Mr. Pratt. I’m sure the paydays for Mrs. Bass and Mr. Newsom were substantial from the ‘Developers’ behind this planned atrocity. Death and destruction for money and power. If I could leave this state I would ASAP!!
