MIAMI — Customs and Border Protection agents reportedly intercepted $1.5 million worth of cocaine hidden inside FIFA World Cup shipping materials this week after smugglers attempted to pass the shipment off as “premium productivity tools for international customer service operations,” sources have confirmed.
According to investigators, the shipment raised suspicion after inspectors noticed the manifest listed 400 boxes of “motivational powder,” 200 crates of “urgent warranty extension fuel,” and one handwritten note reading, “Please deliver before next scam shift.”
Officials say the smugglers appeared to believe FIFA branding would make the shipment invisible, forgetting that customs agents also watch television, read labels, and occasionally open boxes.
Adding to the confusion, portions of the paperwork included oddly phrased logistics notes referencing “shipment from DR to India language support,” which authorities say appeared to be an attempt to disguise routing details as outsourced call center terminology.
Global scam operators were reportedly devastated.
“How are we supposed to call grandmothers about fake IRS debts at 200 words per minute now?”
One supervisor complained.
Victims, meanwhile, reported fewer suspicious calls, fewer urgent package alerts, and a 60% drop in strangers named “Kevin” insisting their computer had a virus.
CBP agents celebrated the bust by reminding criminals that “World Cup shipping operation” does not mean “free pass for suspicious cargo wearing a soccer logo.”
As of press time, smugglers had reportedly rebranded the next shipment as “organic morale seasoning,” only to abandon the plan after realizing customs officers had also heard of spices

I say let the druggies overdose and weed out the weak feeble people. Stop calling this a disease when it is a lifestyle choice.
Got that right
Doesn’t bother me. I’m still living off of the $30 million dollars that I got from a Nigerian general a few years ago!
Think about all the packages that made it past customs. Just legalize everything and tax it. If adults are intent on reducing their world to drugs then let them do it. Regardless, there will always be supply as long as there is demand…
