LAS VEGAS — In the latest episode of Influencer Gets Mouthy And Immediately Regrets It, YouTube phenom-turned-boxing promoter Jake Paul reportedly called out Conor McGregor from the safety of his mansion, then appeared shocked to learn real fighters are sometimes allowed to respond, sources have confirmed.
Paul also accused UFC president Dana White of personally hijacking Francis Ngannou’s walkout, a bold claim from a man whose fight résumé includes exhibition matches, retired legends, and opponents old enough to remember when MTV still played music videos.
White responded within minutes.
“Jake wants to talk tough? Perfect,” White said.
“We’ll book it in the UFC Apex parking lot at 3 a.m. No gloves, no cameras, no security detail, no YouTube thumbnail. Just Jake, Conor, and the sound of an influencer discovering consequences.”
McGregor reportedly welcomed the idea, offering to let Paul bring his camera crew, podcast team, and three emotional support brand managers.
Sources say Paul is now “considering all options,” which experts translated as “filming a slow-motion training montage while his lawyers look for the nearest exit.”
Insiders say Paul’s team has already drafted an Instagram statement about respect, fighter safety, and why parking lots are “not aligned with his brand vision.”
As of press time, Paul was seen shadowboxing in front of a green screen while whispering, “This is totally different from fighting retired athletes.”
